How to Use & Apply
Plant in early spring, preferably in areas that have moderate to good sun exposure. Lightly cultivate the site you choose. After applying seed (2-3#/1000 sq ft.) gently rake the topsoil to insure good seed to soil contact. Use care that the seed is covered no more than 0.25-0.50 inch to promote the best emergence. Water your seed bed thoroughly keeping it consistently moist until your prairie strong turf emerges. Mowing no lower than 2-4 inch for home lawns, allowing the clippings to remain on the seedbed. Always use caution when applying herbicides taking into consideration the possible effects on future regrowth.
